Hmmm… since 1977 folks have been issued SS Cards in their birth year… based on the 10 second MD inspection of giggly bits and the name provided by their Mom & Dad.
WHAT other ‘services’ should our SSA be providing?
How about an actual Census by Zip Code for the USA, since SSA also requires current addresses for all cardholders?
VOILA, we waste $25 BN a year getting unreliable estimates from Census Bureau…
